We mostly ship using USPS Priority Mail. For larger orders, we use UPS Ground or Fedex Ground. Your shipping cost is calculated by the volume in size and the weight of your total order. Every order is automatically covered by insurance in case of a lost, stolen, or damaged package. We offer FREE shipping for all orders $100 and above.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Once an order is processes and packed, the transit time is typically 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail and 3-5 days for UPS or Fedex Ground. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. If it has been over 10 days and you still have not received your order from when it was shipped, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get it resolved.
We always hope our customers are happy with their order, but if for some reason you would like to return your product(s), we are happy to accommodate. Returns are accepted within 7 days upon your order being received. We do not cover the shipping costs of returns and we can not issue a refund for used/opened products. Please email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with the return address and assist you in the return process.
If for some reason you are not happy with your product and would like to try another, we are happy to offer an even exchange. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your order being received. We ask that the customer covers all cost of shipping in the exchange process. We can not offer an exchange for a used product. REFUNDS/EXCHANGED FOR RECEIVING A DAMAGE PRODUCTS
For any damaged or broken products received by our customers, we will initiate an immediate refund or send out replacement. We do our best to pack orders with protective shipping materials, but on occasion products do get damaged in the shipping process. If your item has arrived damaged or broken, we kindly ask that you take a picture of the item and the shipping box send to email@example.com. We submit these pictures when we file a claim with the shipping carriers. *Please be careful when handling a damaged or broken candle*
